Ceilings & Walls   With a standard ceiling height of 9 feet, your UNO home will feel open and roomy.

Nine of the top-floor suites have vaulted ceilings of 12 to 14 feet.

Benjamin Moore paints colour your surroundings with style, from subtle to soulful to unabashedly sexy.

Windows & Doors   Expansive double- or triple-glazed windows manufactured by Ply Gen (formerly CWD) usher in plenty of natural light while keeping your energy costs in check.

All side suites have fire-rated glass.

Window coverings (2 faux wood horizontal blinds) are included. Some suites have a barn door to the second bedroom or den/office.

Flooring   Underfoot comfort meets wall-to-wall style with engineered oak hardwood (5-inch plank) in your entrance, living room, dining room and kitchen; large tiles in your bath, laundry and storage rooms; and textured carpets in your bedroom(s). (Engineered hardwood in your bedroom(s) is an upgrade option.)

Climate Control   Radiant in-floor heating keeps your living spaces evenly warm.

Each suite has a built-in humidifier.

Lighting   The mood in your suite is always just right with track and pendant lighting in the kitchen and drum shades in the bedroom(s).

Kitchen   UNO believes a kitchen should be every bit as scrumptious as the food that comes out of it.

Yours includes a 3-cm quartz countertops; under -mount sinks with contempory polished chrome Hansgrohe faucets plus Garburator; and single-panel stained maple cabinet doors with brushed satin nickel handles and knobs.

Your stainless steel appliance package includes KitchenAid electric range, combination microwave/fan and dishwasher; Samsung French door fridge; and Frigidaire beverage cooler.

For days when you're in the mood for a barbecue, you'll be pleased that your balcony includes a natural gas hookup.

Tub surrounds are large porcelain tiles with white subway tiles for added intrigue.

Polished chrome lighting fixtures are mounted onto large vanity mirrors. Stylish chrome towel bars and hooks.

Laundry   Your tiled laundry room includes a stackable Maytag front-load washer and electric dryer.

STORAGE & PARKING
Each UNO suite includes cabinetry designed to maximize storage capacity.

The kitchen cabinets are 8 feet in height with large bottom drawers for pots and pan. Most kitchens include a pantry.

Each bathroom includes an extra cabinet and/or drawers.

Your suite comes with a tiled, heated underground parking stall and a secure, 100 cubic foot storage locker in the underground parkade. Several bike stalls are also available in the parkade.

EXTERIOR & COMMON SPACES
UNO's exterior is a combination of stucco and a stone-fusion of style and strength.

A stylish stainless steel elevator will whisk you to UNO's upper storeys.
